Facebook can wait
until morning.

A Fella routine locks Facebook at the same time every night and holds until morning, so the decision to stop happens once, when you set it up, instead of every night in bed.

Groups, Marketplace, and the feed all sit under one icon, so a late-night check for one thing tends to open the door to everything else. If Facebook is the one app doing that and the rest of your phone isn't the problem, a routine scoped to just Facebook is simpler than blocking everything.

One app, one nightly routine

Select Facebook on its own and set the start time to whenever you actually want to be off it, and the end time to whenever you get up. The routine begins the session on its own, so there is nothing to open once you're already in bed.

Everything else on your phone stays untouched, including messaging, your alarm, and anything else you might reach for at night.

Still reachable for anything real

Leave Phone, Messages, and your alarm off the blocked list entirely, so those keep working exactly as normal. For the one time something on Facebook genuinely can't wait, each session includes a single 5-minute emergency unlock, then Facebook locks again automatically.

If it's more than just Facebook

If other apps are part of the same bedtime pattern, not just Facebook, see our broader block apps while sleeping page, or stop scrolling at night for the behavior side of why this happens. For blocking Facebook beyond bedtime too, see how to block Facebook on iPhone.
