Support requests
If you need help with app blocking, emergency unlock, app selection, permissions, or setup, include your device model, iOS version, and what you were trying to do. That makes the first reply more useful.
Subscription questions
Fella+ subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. For billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund issues, check your Apple ID subscriptions in iOS Settings or the App Store. Email Fella if you still need product support around access or subscription status.
Privacy requests
