"Just one episode" during a study break is designed to become the next one automatically, with the next episode already queued before you've decided to keep watching. If Netflix specifically is the app that turns a planned hour of studying into a multi-episode detour, and the rest of your phone is fine, blocking everything is more than the problem calls for. Fella lets you select just Netflix and leave the rest of your phone alone.
