"Just checking one story" on Instagram rarely stays one story, and a study session is exactly where that costs the most. If Instagram specifically is the app that turns a planned hour of studying into a scroll through stories and DMs, and the rest of your phone is fine, blocking everything is more than the problem calls for. Fella lets you select just Instagram and leave the rest of your phone alone.
